Packaging:
Single Tube Sequencing – Smaller orders should use 1.5mL Eppendorf (epi) tubes. Screw-cap tubes are more time-consuming, so pop-caps should be used instead. Each tube must be clearly labeled to match with the order forms. Tube strips, while convenient, are hard to label and keep track of, so please use 96-well plates for large orders (24+ samples).
96-Well Plate Sequencing – Please submit your DNA and primers at the concentration according to the tables on the “Sample Submission Guidelines” page. The concentration of DNA and primers should be normalized and arranged vertically (A1‐H1, A2‐H2, etc.) on a 96-well plate. The plate should be sealed using strip cap lids to prevent leakage and shipped overnight.
Shipping: Outside Southern California
Please ship your samples to 6645 Nancy Ridge Dr., San Diego, CA 92121. Samples may be shipped at ambient temperature. Dry ice is not necessary and the added weight increases shipping cost.
